Sourcing & quality
Our buying team reviews the morning's landings at Kilkeel, Ardglass and Portavogie, then sources remaining requirements from established markets across Ireland and the UK.
Bought fresh, dispatched the same day
Local day-boat landings are prioritised when species, grade and volume meet the order. Other requirements come from graded suppliers assessed to the same buying standards.
Incoming seafood is checked, kept under temperature control and allocated for same-day preparation and dispatch from our factory.
